Paul in France and throughout Europe is usually located within train stations, which is usually just a small store with limited or no seating. Paul in the Philippines positions itself as a high-end bakery and restaurant which it does well. Replicating the ambiance of France as evident in the stores interior design and furnishings.
Since my sister studied and lived in France for a while, she's the best person to judge the food. Food was distinctly French infused with a bit of Filipino spice. French food is about subtly of taste like fine light teas. Paul being a Boulangerie(Bakery) you can expect to be served fresh and hot complimentary bread while waiting for your meal to be served. The raw ingredients are flown-in from France as the brand aims to maintain its integrity and quality.
Food is proudly French with the Filipino touch to cater to the locals taste. Offering Filipino favourites such as Beef Tapa, and Chicken and Pork Adobo that are fused with French cuisine, which creates an interesting and refreshing experience that makes one appreciate both culinary cultures.
