Single Origin located in the C3 Building overlooking Bonifacio High Street. Decorating the storefront is a line of crates right above the door, that's how you'll know you're at right place. Entering the establishment you'll have a choice of only 6 proper tables; (2) six seater, (1) four seater. (2) three seater, and the rest are bar type seating. Seating is limited which makes the place feel relaxing and not overstuffed with tables that a lot restaurants do to maximise profit, which compromise customer comfort. Interior of the store is classy with walls lined with wood accents, shelves, and wine bottles which create a sophisticated ambiance.
Food of course is the main highlight of this review. I enjoy the occasional breakfast for dinner, which was well made and just right for the money. I ordered their Home Made Corned Beef Benedict 240 PHP which is served with a poached duck eggs, potato hash and a salad on the side. The hollandaise sauce was subtle yet satisfying. The corned beef being home made was excellent in taste and texture. My brother ordered the Short Ribs Benedict 380 PHP which is similar in presentation apart from the short ribs, which was succulent and just right. I recommend ordering the former (Home Made Corned Beef) for being better in value. Being a coffee place I had the Valhrona Mocha 8 oz hot 170 PHP which was refreshingly well made.
