CHEFS FROM AROUND THE WORLD
The second edition of the Madrid Fusion Manila will bring together highly acclaimed chefs from around the globe for a 3 day gastronomic event hosted in the SMX Convention Center from April 7-9, 2016.
This year marks the 450th anniversary of the Galleon Trade that bridged Asia with the Western World, the theme of Madrid Fusion Manila 2016 will be ‘The Manila Galleon: East Meets West’. The main focus will be how Filipino food can fuse with the global culinary scene. The chefs will bring the influences of their culture to the table with ingredients grown in the Philippines.
The trade exhibition will showcase the finest food and ingredients from Europe and Asia while Flavours of the Philippines will feature the diverse array of food-related activities from each region of the Philippines. We enjoyed ourselves with the wide selection of wines and cheeses on display. Revolutionary and evolutionary products are showcased and some debuting here for you to try.
