THE VIEW LOUNGE
Located on the 39th floor of Marriott Marquis you can expect a marvellous view of downtown San Francisco, the bay area, or the mountains. It's open seating, so find a seat with a view you like. Waiters will make their rounds and attend to you when you call their attention.
FOOD
We came here for desserts and for the view. The Butterscotch Pudding ($7++ USD) is what our waiter personally recommended, which was delicious enough and presented in a rock glass. The Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée ($7++ USD) wasn't great, but not bad either. The value is in the view, for first timers, tourists, and the hotel's guests it's a must try.
SERVICE
Accommodating and from our experience unobtrusive. Their able to quickly and efficiently handle our requests despite the crowd.
FOOD
An upbeat professional crowd, modern chill music, and a stunning sunset it's a nice place to end the day. Just like at the Top of the Mark at Intercontinental Hotel, which was formal and required to be seated by as server, it's the epic view that factors into the price.
